The seminar programme features operators from across Europe and the rest of the world sharing their expertise on how to make their attraction increase revenue, provide better services improve profit and attract more guests.

 

 

EAS 2010 CONFERENCE PROGRAMME

Seminar:Institute for Attractions Managers

This 3-day programme is aimed at mid-level managers with two to three years of professional experience.. During the three days, leading experts in the European Amusement Industry will give presentations to the attendees in the various fields of management: from marketing and public relations to facility operations and safety, from revenue operations to finance and much more. The programme will wrap up with a case study and conclude with a closing reception where the participants will be recognized and mingle with IAAPA Board of Directors. The Fee includes course participation and material, day time meals and refreshments, IAAPA Board of Directors reception, expo- badge for the Euro Attractions Show (EAS) and a certificate.

The marketing landscape has changed dramatically in the last few years with the advent of social media tools like Twitter, Linked In, YouTube and facebook. Guests now have an interactive medium to talk to each other about their experience in your attraction: both the good and the not so good.
